Research and Inquiry Symposium

uLearn16’s peer-reviewed Research and Inquiry Symposium is an opportunity to engage with research and inquiry that relates directly to ‘on the ground’ teaching and learning. This is a unique chance for research and inquiries to be shared by teachers, leaders, or researchers. The focus is to advance knowledge and practice in order to transform teaching and learning.

The Research and Inquiry Symposium is the perfect presentation forum for teachers, leaders, and researchers involved in research and inquiries in the following contexts:

  • Teacher-led Innovation Fund (TLIF)
  • Teacher and Learning Research Initiative (TLRI)
  • Teacher inquiries
  • Post-graduate research
  • Study awards
  • Sabbaticals

All presentations are peer-reviewed, meaning they have been scrutinised by education and research experts to ensure rigour and relevance.

The Research and Inquiry Symposium runs throughout uLearn16 and will include paper presentations ( same length as a uLearn Taster session, so people can book three sessions per breakout), and invited speaker panel discussions. All presentations are fully integrated into the conference programme and can be booked as part of delegates' personal breakout selection process.

Register for the full uLearn16 conference and attend as many of the Research and Inquiry Symposium sessions as you like. There is no one day option as sessions are throughout the three days.
